OnGameUK stores all data in a cloud-based CRM System which is accessible only by our consultants to enable us to provide clients and users with our services. By utilising the services and security of a cloud-based CRM system enables us to store data correctly and securely.

How Long We Store Data and Information

OnGameUK will generally not retain data and information for longer than we deem necessary. However, as it is not uncommon for clients and users to reconnect with OnGameUK after a period of time, by agreeing to our terms & conditions and privacy policy, clients and users agree that we may retain data and information until such time as a client or user requests via email that we delete a client or user record from our CRM. Following the receipt of a request via email, we will delete all records within 30 days and refrain from future contact and engagement.
